Spicy udon noodles with tomato

  • 400g udon noodles Essentials by Hana
  • 240 g silky tofu
  • 1 can of canned tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • Coriander
  • Soy sauce Essentials by Hana
  • Flake pepper


1 Cook the udon noodles and rinse them in cold water.
2 Cut the onions into strips. Cut the carrots lengthwise into thin sticks.
3 Sauté the onions with oil over high heat until they become translucent. Then add the carrots.
4 Then add the tofu, and the tomato. Salt and mix. Let it cook for a few minutes and then add the noodles.
5 Now add the chili pepper and soy sauce according to your preferences. You can add hot water to make a juice as well as pieces of Essentials by Hana seaweed leaves.
6 Continue cooking for a few minutes and finish with a few pieces of cilantro.
