Sesame Chicken and Soba noodles

Ingredients
- 300g soba noodles
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 45 cl vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 coffee tbsp. sugar
- 1 cm ginger
- Pepper
Steps
1 Cook the Soba noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain.
2 In a saucepan, gently heat the vegetable broth with soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar.
3 Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and marinate them in the sauce and coat with marinade.
4 Remove the first skin from your new onions and slice them and their green stems.
5 Peel the ginger and pass it to the micro-grater to recover the pulp.
6 Divide your soba noodles into the 4 plates
7 Wet with your soy broth.
8 Top your dish with ginger, onions and sesame seeds. Season with pepper.
