Cucumber salad with wasabi and sesame

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Essentials by Hana rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons wasabi Essentials by Hana
- 2 tablespoons white yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Essentials by Hana soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Steps
1 Wash and cut the cucumber into thin slices or strips.
2 Then put the cucumber in a colander and salt. Let drain for a few minutes.
3 Brown the sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat without adding oil.
4 In a container, mix the sugar, wasabi, yogurt, soy sauce and vinegar.
5 Finally, add the cucumber to your container, mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
